Buy Fresh, Buy Local! On this lovely evening, Cal Dining served its diners a deilghtful and scrumptious meal, made completely with items purchased from local farmers. The menu included many delicious dishes, such as Red Kabocha Squash Soup, Pear and Apple Crisp with Almonds, and Hot Mulled Apple Cider!
